Natalie Perez

 Welcome Natalie Perez   Sparkflight Studios (SFS) is excited to welcome one of our newest members to the team, Natalie Perez.  Natalie brings a green thumb to the firm having earned her Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She said, "I like to work for a smaller firm, you get to experience the project from start to finish. I was attracted to SFS as I appreciate the mission statement* and the creativity of public art in the portfolio."   Natalie was drawn to architecture as she believes landscape architecture is the overarching view of design and planning out spaces in nature, and architecture  is the way to connect people with the indoor and outdoor experience. Gabrielle Fernandez

 Welcome Gabrielle Fernandez A passion for people and our environment describes Gabrielle (Gabi) Fernandez, Sparkflight Studios (SFS) newest addition to the team. Gabi came to SFS after finishing her master's degree in architecture at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) this spring. She said, "I was drawn to the firm as it is led by a woman and the portfolio of work shows a commitment to sustainability and community."     Gabi said her greatest influencers were her professors at UNLV. She took several courses with Eric Strain who is also a principal at the firm assemblageSTUDIO and Gabi said, "he brought his passion and love of architecture to the students." She was also a student of and graduate assistant to Joshua Vermillion, who she said "is more into the parametric and digital technology side of architecture."
